Meet Ray
Hard work has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.
I grew up in Horsham, Pennsylvania, as one of four children and attended Catholic school. My father owned a family business with his two brothers, specializing in paving, septic systems, excavation, and demolition. Growing up around that environment taught me the value of hard work, honesty, and treating people right.
I started working at just 13 years old, washing dishes and helping in my family’s business during the summers. By the time I was 16, I was driving dump trucks and operating backhoes. My first car was a 1972 Ford Mustang Mach 1—silver with black racing stripes—a car I’ll never forget.
After graduating in 1975, I began my career with Acme Markets as a meat wrapper. Just nine months later, I earned an apprenticeship as a meat cutter, and before long I was promoted to Meat Manager, a position I proudly held for 31 years. Later, I became an Acme Store Manager, spending the majority of my career with the company.
Looking for a new challenge, I joined Save A Lot as a Meat and Produce Specialist. That opportunity eventually led to becoming a District Manager, allowing me to mentor teams, solve problems, and help stores succeed throughout the region.
Real estate has always been more than just an investment to me. I bought my first home on Woodstock Street in South Philadelphia in 1978 at just 20 years old, and in 1980 my family and I moved to Washington Township, where we’ve proudly called home ever since. Over the years I’ve bought, sold, and managed investment properties as a landlord, and those experiences sparked a passion for helping others navigate one of life’s biggest financial decisions.
My wife and I raised two wonderful sons. One proudly serves as a Philadelphia police officer, and the other is a skilled boilermaker who works at nuclear power plants, refineries, and industrial facilities across the country. Today, we’re also blessed with six amazing grandchildren who keep life exciting.
Now, as a Realtor, I bring nearly five decades of customer service, leadership, and real-world real estate experience to every client I serve. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling your current one, or looking for an investment property, my goal is simple: provide honest advice, work tirelessly on your behalf, and help you make confident decisions every step of the way.
